Prior to First Commercial she enjoyed a highly successful career at another real estate firm, with sales over $35 million in 2000, and over $38 million in 2002.
Throughout her almost 20 year real estate career, Terri has played a vital role in the ground-up development of properties in the Salem and Roseburg areas. She also worked in the financial sector of the forest products industry and owned her own business.
She graduated from Rollins College with a BA in Business and minor in Accounting/Economics. Terri attended Rollins on a golf scholarship and continues to play competitively. She and her husband Bill reside in Salem, where they have been actively involved in the community for over 20 years.
