Terri is a trusted real estate advisor, focusing primarily on developing strategic real estate plans, including tenant and owner representation, build-to-suit advisory, and site, building and investment acquisitions and dispositions. Her natural curiosity about businesses, what they do and how they do it, has forged long term deep relationships. It’s the partnership between the client and Terri that has allowed her to successfully identify the real problems that clients face upfront and allows her to establish an effective process through which even the toughest business challenges can be solved.
