Teresa has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in the Puget Sound Market. Prior to focusing on the retail market, Teresa Patton managed and led the Land Services Group for 16 years, which specializes in listing undeveloped and underdeveloped land.
As a client driven real estate professional, she is well versed in generating new business through an aggressive marketing strategy and persistent marketing plans, Teresa is consistently successful in closing deals, working with other industry professionals and developing and maintaining long-term relationships with her clients. Her background includes the management of real estate sales, site disposition and acquisition, marketing and communication.
