Terri began her real estate career in 1985 by joining a local real estate development and management company as controller. With her formal training in accounting and finance Terri soon accepted various corporate responsibilities giving her extensive experience in commercial real estate management, investment analysis, and commercial sales and leasing. Over the years she has worked with local as well as Fortune 500 clients assisting them in meeting their goal of finding the right space for their needs. As a CCIM and Past President of the Iowa CCIM Chapter Terri has many local and statewide contacts.
