Bio
As Vice President of Sales and Leasing, Teresa brings more than 20 years‘ experience in the real estate industry. With her strong negotiation skills and strategic market development, Teresa effectively completes multi-tenant developments with some of the company’s top clients including Chipotle Mexican Grill, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Aspen Dental and Mattress Firm. She works closely with the leadership team to establish strategic direction and growth for the company, identify potential markets, and monitor industry trends.
Prior to joining the company in 2008, Teresa was an associate with Lat Purser & Associates in Jacksonville, Florida. During her 15-year tenure, she earned a reputation for her experience in retail site selection, site analysis and deal negotiations, and built a clientele with top national retailers.
Teresa is an active member of ICSC and an advisory board member of Front Street Commercial Real Estate in Gainesville. She holds a B.A. from the University of Georgia.
