As a Director in Newmark’s Minneapolis office, Teresa Borgen focuses on real estate advisory for clients, which includes tenant representation, corporate services, lease dispositions, strategic planning, site selection, workplace strategy, multi-market transaction management, financial analysis and modeling, and deal negotiation. Borgen is known for her market knowledge, work ethic, and strong relationships with industry professionals and clients.
Teresa provides strategic tenant representation services to fast-growing and large tenants/occupiers in both the Twin Cities and across the country. Teresa has represented a wide variety of tenants, from small, local start-ups to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies with footprints beyond the Twin Cities.
Prior to joining Newmark, Teresa focused on leasing office properties in downtown Minneapolis. She has worked on some of Minneapolis’ most prominent buildings including Fifth Street Towers, 10 West End, Baker Center, Colonial Warehouse, Butler Square, Towers at West End, and The Colonnade. Teresa’s experience working with notable institutional investors and asset managers will be invaluable when helping tenants analyze their leasing scenarios and strategies.
