Teresa has been a high achiever throughout her life. From high school basketball state champion, college basketball, to a business owner and to a top producing and performing real estate agent in the Gunnison Valley. A local Gunnison resident since the early nineties, Teresa and her husband, Perry raised 4 children and are grandparents to 6. Teresa expanded from a business owner to a full time real estate agent, she knows the Gunnison and Crested Butte market with a personal, hands on working knowledge that includes a solid understanding of trends based on experience and success. In addition to knowing the local market, Teresa is an involved member of the community and enjoys many of the recreational activities that Gunnison-Crested Butte is known for such as fishing, hunting, playing golf, skiing and hiking.
