Bio
Teddy is a Director in the Carolinas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, and a partner on the Land Advisory Team. He joined JLL in 2022 and brings eight years of broad industry experience. Teddy focuses primarily on land and development opportunities throughout the Carolinas, with a concentration on the Raleigh-Durham Market. He has completed more than 130 transactions throughout the region during his career.
Prior to joining JLL, Teddy was a Principal and Senior Vice President at Phoenix Commercial Properties, where he focused on land and industrial sales and leasing opportunities throughout the Raleigh-Durham market. In this role, he represented a wide variety of customers ranging from local property owners to national institutions in various capacities—from large land assemblages involving multiple owners to dispositions of leased assets. Before that, Teddy interned for the urban planning department of the Municipality of Istanbul, Turkey, where he analyzed the development and implementation of infrastructure projects and municipal mass transportation systems within the city.
