Tedd Rosenstein joined the company as Vice President in 1990. Effective December 31, 2004 American Management Company merged into the parent company Nevada Development & Realty Co., and Nevada Development & Realty Co. remains the surviving entity. Tedd Rosenstein is the Sole Shareholder, Corporate Broker, and President of Nevada Development & Realty Company.

The company provides leasing and management of commercial property, consultant services, and commercial real estate brokerage.
