A graduate of the University of Cincinnati (Econ, Money and Banking), Tedd Byer began his real estate career as a new home builder in 1979. He branched into lot development and has developed new home lots for Ryan Homes, Ryland Homes, MI Homes and numerous smaller builders. Tedd began developing commercial property soon thereafter and has expanded that into more than 75 properties that they currently own and manage today. Tedd is a licensed real estate agent in Ohio.
