Ted joined Jay Noddle in 1994 working on fee based project management development services of office buildings for corporate clients. Ted’s years of commercial brokerage experience combined with strong analytical background led to involvement in several downtown redevelopments as well as suburban projects including planning, site acquisition, financial modeling, zoning, entitlements, and municipal incentives.
Most recently Ted has been the project executive on the 250,000 sf HDR corporate headquarters building in Aksarben Village, the Kiewit Corporate headquarters in downtown Omaha’s the Builder’s District, the Valmont headquarters at Heartwood, and Nebraska Medicine’s newest 120,000 sf Village Point building, as well as several multi-family residential projects.
