Ted Prince began his commercial brokerage career in 2014, specializing in underwriting and selling multiple classes of multifamily assets. He has since brokered over $500 million in multifamily real estate transactions throughout Oklahoma, Wichita and Arkansas and is a CoStar Power Broker Award recipient.
During Prince’s previous tenure with Signator Investors, Inc., he received Leading Rookie Agent and Advisor of the Year honors for the Southwest Region.
