Ted has spent the past 16 years in various roles for CalAtlantic Group, most recently as Western Regional President responsible for the successful performance of $2.8 billion in inventory across eight homebuilding divisions. Earlier in his 30-year career, he worked at Brookfield Homes as Vice President, Urban Development.
Ted earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Southern California.
