Mr. Kakambouras' primary responsibility is to perform financial analysis and conduct due diligence on all commercial real estate properties. In addition, Mr. Kakambouras assists in the production of investor reports.
Prior to Brookwood, Mr. Kakambouras was an Associate Vice President for Acquisitions at Colony Capital where his responsibilities included analyzing new investments from initial bid through the closing process for various funds and investors. Previously, Mr. Kakambouras worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Vice President- Brokerage, and as an Asset Management Analyst for Reit Management & Research.
Mr. Kakambouras holds an M.B. A. in Investment Management and Corporate Finance from Northeastern University, and a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Merrimack College.
