Taylor Sims joined Northmarq in 2023 as managing director of multifamily investment sales, representing institutions and investors in property dispositions and acquisitions. Taylor works exclusively in the multifamily segment of the Las Vegas MSA.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Taylor Sims led Cushman & Wakefield's Las Vegas Multifamily Advisory Group for 8 years. With his arrival at Northmarq, the team becomes the predominant multifamily force in Southern Nevada.
