Taylor is a commercial real estate industry expert, working in the industry for about 15 years. Starting his career in family retail investment and nationwide market comparison and acquisition. After that Taylor joined the Port of Everett. During his time as the Managing Broker and Property Manager of the Port of Everett, he managed the second largest waterfront development on the west coast spanning 180 acres, and including $650,000,000 in development in addition to the Port's substantial holdings of over 3,000 acres of property. At the Port Taylor also managed the Riverside Business Park Heavy Industrial Development, a roughly 100 acre development. As an Owner Developer, Broker, Asset Manager, and Property Manager Taylor continued to develop the tools of the trade and gained unique industry knowledge of every product type including Hotels, Multi-Family, Retail, Office and Industrial. In addition to real estate brokerage, and personal investment Taylor has a property management company based in North Carolina, and has experience managing property in several states coast to coast.
