Taylor has been an affiliate broker of Trotz Real Estate Services since 2016. He focuses his practice on the urban core, specializing in imaginative reuse buildings and land. A graduate of Rhodes College and the University of Memphis School of Law, Taylor brings a diverse background to his real estate practice. Advising clients in matters of site selection, tax credits and abatement, construction management and business operations, Taylor draws on his own experience as an entrepreneur, developer and attorney. Prior to affiliating with Trotz Real Estate Services, Inc., Taylor was with Henry Turley Realtors and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Taylor owns and operates multiple hospitality businesses including Bounty on Broad, Rec Room and Loflin Yard. Taylor’s leasing experience includes Crosstown Concourse, Broad Avenue Industrial Park and the Highland Street revitalization area. He is a Special Projects Manager with Memphis Veterinary Specialists.
