Tarang Ramani serves as an Assistant Vice President of Investment Sales at Lee & Associates. He specializes primarily in multi-family and mixed-use assets located in the sub-markets of Passaic and Essex County. His primary focus is on the acquisition or disposition of income-producing assets for private individuals, real estate investment groups, syndicators and developers.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 2020, Tarang was an Analyst and Investment Sales Associate at Marcus & Millichap's New Jersey office. As an Analyst, he was responsible for the underwriting of more than $1 billion of real estate assets for all property types throughout New Jersey. As an Investment Sales professional, he has successfully helped various real estate investors with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate.
