She currently represents the revitalization of the former Bell Labs building in Holmdel, NJ. Bell Works is an inclusive community providing a variety of amenities to businesses of any scale. Tenants both small and large have the opportunity to work, grow and evolve within a dynamic environment of communal spaces, modular setups and diverse outdoor landscapes. Keating has been responsible for The Garibaldi Group's corporate and project marketing; creation, development and production of flyers, brochures, websites, banners and other print and web-based marketing materials, advertising, public relations, corporate events, and annual budgetary process. Ms. Keating works closely with our clients to assure proper budgeting and marketing of their projects. She was involved in the vision, design, development, deployment and support of The Garibaldi Group's contact management database. This software enables The Garibaldi Group to track and manage contacts, projects, properties and transactions.
