Tara’s experience goes back over 15 years, handling a variety of leasing responsibilities as a broker, tenant and landlord. This has given her a diverse and unique understanding of the perspectives from all sides of the leasing transaction.
Her experience in retail ranges from regional enclosed shopping centres, community shopping centres, downtown street retails and urban villages, both in new developing and existing properties.
She has a proven track record in the formulation and execution of effective leasing programs for challenging and underperforming properties. This often involves repurposing of the uses and an “out of the box” creative approach to the process.
Aside from all that, she has raced motorcycles and preformed stunts for over a decade.
