Tara joined Lee & Associates in July 2023 with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. She made the transition into sales and leasing after ten years in an administrative role in the commercial real estate industry. The experience and knowledge gained while serving a real estate brokerage team and their respective clients in an operations capacity has helped Tara provide each client with a competitive advantage whether it is listing a property for lease or sale, or providing services to tenants and buyers who are in the market.
Tara constantly utilizes her skills in the areas of marketing and advertising, flyers, plats, subdivisions and special permits to advise in the world of retail, office, industrial, land and multi-family sales & leasing. She has assisted in the development of many notable projects throughout the Lincoln market.
