Tara Alexander is a member of CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction services group where she is a Director. In that capacity, she is responsible for all brokerage services provided to BB&T, including consulting services, acquisition and dispositions, market analysis and lease and sale negotiations for a wide variety of property types. Such knowledge, combined with a process-driven approach, brings tremendous value to clients looking for a consistent, high level of performance in transactions across multiple markets.
Ms. Alexander was most recently a Project Manager with CBRE’s Office Tenant Representation Group where she worked with John Shlesinger, Sam Holmes and Anne Lofye assisting in transaction account management. In addition, Ms. Alexander brings a legal background to CBRE, where she held a paralegal position, working closely with all lines of business and senior management within the CBRE Atlanta office. She implemented an efficient process in reviewing, negotiating and finalizing all legal documents for execution. In addition, she established herself as a liaison and point of contact with the CBRE Eastern Division Legal and Risk Management Departments and Atlanta office.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2004, Ms. Alexander was employed as a Paralegal with an Atlanta-based law firm, Withrow, McQuade & Olsen, LLP. In this position, she prepared and filed corporate and commercial real estate legal documents with superior and local court systems, performed extensive legal research while maintaining client relationships.
