Tammy Stotts is the Broker / Owner of Southern Nest Realty in Columbia KY. She lives on a farm in the Breeding community of Adair County with her husband Barry Stotts. They have four children, and three grandchildren. They love the outdoors, living in the country, working on their home, spending time with family and serving with their church family at 3trees Church. Tammy attended Lindsey Wilson College and graduated from Western Kentucky University with a BA in Business Administration. She worked in office management and business administration for 25 years. She obtained her Real Estate Sales Associate License in 2004 and worked as a Sales Associate for 16 years. As a Sales Associate, she specialized in working as a buyer’s agent to help people find their dream home or retirement property. Through this process, she fell in love with all thing’s real estate. She formed friendships with her buyers and sellers which resulted in repeat business and referrals. She felt a calling on her life to pursue her Broker’s license and make real estate her full-time career. Once this decision was made, God literally opened every door to allow her to reach her dream. She obtained her Broker’s license in February of 2020 and opened the doors of Southern Nest Realty. She loves meeting people, getting to know their real estate needs, and helping them meet these needs. She feels that having the right real estate agent means having an agent whom you can trust and who is committed to helping you buy or sell your home with the highest level of expertise in your local market.
