Tammy Stephen is a member of Avison Young’s office brokerage team along with Matt Walker and Robin Buntain, who focus on assisting public & private sector tenants and owner-occupants with the evaluation and negotiation of their real estate alternatives.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Tammy spent 10 years with a leading interior design and construction firm, focused on office interior projects. Her unique skillsets and past experience provides the team with the ability to offer their clients access to in-house resources to guide them through the budgeting, scheduling, design and construction of their new or newly-renovated purchased or leased office space.
Tammy also provides support to clients in a marketing and administration capacity. She is focused on project management, marketing and due diligence efforts for all of the team’s assignments.
