Tammy grew up in Western Pennsylvania. She graduated from Norwin High School, was a member of North Irwin Fire Department, and served as an EMT for Irwin Ambulance and rescue. At the age of 18, she decided that she wanted to make a future in South Florida, where she moved to Palm Beach County.
Tammy worked her way up in a property management position and loved the Florida life. In 2002, her twin daughters were born. She decided when they were two that she wanted to move back to Pennsylvania to give her little angels a "good education".
Starting over wasn't easy, but Tammy never gave up. She worked in the medical field, raised two little ones and went to school full time, working towards a tri-major in business management, property management, and real estate management. She decided to pursue her career in real estate and worked for a company doing pre-foreclosures and short sales, as well as managing five mobile home parks, and managing two commercial properties.
Tammy’s role is not only helping negotiate the best price for her clients, but also about understanding each person’s unique needs, being readily available to her clients, and communicating effectively whether it's buying or selling a home. What she loves about this business is not only the feeling of helping people but genuinely getting to know them, while being open and honest and transparent throughout the real estate process. She learned early on how important it is to have a good support system in this business.
Tammy has surrounded herself with a reliable network of trusted professionals to ensure that no matter what question or situation may rise, she will have the best solution for her clients. Growing up in western Pennsylvania has molded her into who she is today. Throughout the years, she watched really small towns become charming and thriving communities. Since she had an interest in it, it only felt natural for her to start her business here.
