Tammy has been a professional Realtor since 1993 serving Southern Indiana for Schuler Bauer Real Estate Services - ERA Powered since earning her license. She has consistently ranked among the leading agents in the Southern Indiana Realtors Association (SIRA) during the past 31 years. For six consecutive years she was selected as "Most Helpful Agent" in her office.
While earning her GRI accreditation she was elected Class President by her peers from all parts of the state of Indiana. As Director of Training and Professional Development she was responsible for assuring that all Schuler Bauer agents, particularly the new agents, had all the tools and support necessary to succeed and excel in the industry available to them, and to help them meet their goals in this fast paced, constantly changing, and highly demanding industry. She is a Broker, a Realtor, GRI Accredited, ABR Accredited, CRS Accredited, SRES Accredited, a member of many task forces, committees, and the oversight board for SIRA, a multiple year MLS Outstanding Sales and Service Award recipient and the Lead Agent with Team Hogan, one of the top selling teams of Realtors with Schuler Bauer and in Southern Indiana. Tammy has also been the recipient of the prestigious Realtor of the Year.
Besides work, she's been a devoted mother and wife for over forty years, and a Christian her entire life. She enjoys reading, traveling, exercise, and above all, anything she can do with the people she loves.
