Her well established, successful banking career with (name of bank of Fort Myers) has added extreme value to our team in highlighting her work in the community, her Commercial lending client relationships, and her work with Business owners as well as with high net worth ultra affluent clients. Faber successfully developed and expanded new client relationships and managed top client portfolios that created substantial asset growth and commercial expansion across the state of Florida. Just recently, Talisha received her induction to KNOW and has been nominated for the prestigious top 100 women to KNOW in America, an award recognizing the top 100 female leaders across America that showcases 100 women entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and philanthropists that have not only grown their dreams, but have created boundless opportunities for the next generation of female leaders. As a woman in this mostly male dominated industry, Talisha exemplifies what it means to be high achieving and ambitious but also understanding the importance of pouring into her community while taking a young hand alongside her.
Talisha serves on the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame Advisory Board, Treasurer for Our Mother’s Home SWFL, and as an allocations team member for the United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades,and Okeechobee counties. She is a member of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce Women in Business as well as a member of the Rotary Club of Fort Myers, where she is a highly sought after speaker on ``personal and professional brand awareness” as well as on Women’s diversity and community networking. She has served on the Board of Directors for Valerie’s House, and is a “Dress for Success” speaker and mentor for the Pace Center for Girls. Talisha has been selected as a United Way Loaned Executive and is a regular volunteer at her local church and food bank, where she often serves with her father, children and her teams.
