Sydnee is a Senior Associate in CBRE’s Office Tenant Representation Group, providing strategic real estate consulting and brokerage services in the Houston area. Prior to beginning her career at CBRE with the Houston Office Occupier Team, Sydnee spent 8 years at Ernst & Young working with the global eDiscovery Management and Consulting Team providing forensic technology and fraud litigation consulting services. She managed eDiscovery engagements for clients across multiple industries, including some of EY’s largest discovery investigations, many covered in the public media. This experience created the foundation for her understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality for her clients. The direct knowledge of these industries also presents opportunities to suggest alternate ways of approaching complex projects that often result in cost and schedule savings for the client.
