She starts each morning with the excitement of turning her clients’ real estate goals into reality.<br>Reviews~<br>0/08/2017 - <br>First things first, its not normal for me to write a review let alone such a lengthy one, but I feel Suzanne earned it.<br> Suzanne was great to work with, this was my first time selling a home. Although I have gone through the purchasing process a couple times I had never found an agent that i was interested in doing repeat business with. I was put in touch with Suzanne through a coworker who knew I had some questions about the other agent I had meet with for this transaction. I had received a market analysis, sellers net sheet, and a very strong sales pitch from the first agent. The numbers were high and it seemed like I was being told anything that would get me to sign a contract.<br> Suzanne called me one evening out of the blue just to answer any questions I had but never once offered to list the house, she was really just trying to help a friend of a friend out with no strings attached. After our conversation I let things marinate in my head for a day or so and decided to call and see if she would list the house for me and the process began. <br> I had been renting out this home for a few years and after the tenants had moved out Suzanne and I meet at the property and made a to do list. I had a price I was trying to achieve and knew I had a couple of projects to do to reach that price point. While walking trough the home Suzanne designer background kicked in and we came up with a very reasonable plan to finish the projects around the home I had started years ago. I am far from a designer and when it came to making choices from paint to flooring she did all the work, and it turned out awesome.<br> After about a month of me working on the home it was ready. Suzanne called in a professional photographer to take pictures, had excellent brochures printed and set out for buyers to take, and even brought a few key things over to decorate with.<br> The night the house was listed ( for more than I thought it would ever be worth), the scheduled showings started to pile up for the weekend. The first person that saw the home offered list price and at that point Suzanne got in togot in touch with the other interested buyers agents and had them all walk through that day. <br> We had 5 offers to go through in 24 hrs of listing the home, I was blown away to say the least. We ended up getting full offer price with a 30 day closing.<br> I can know say that I have a real estate professional that I will continue to do business with. I am currently looking for an Investment property and with Suzanne's market and design experience I feel that I am in the best hand that I could possible be in.<br> Thank you for all your help Suzanne <br><br>
