Suzanne began her real estate career in 2016, after 20+ years as a corporate tax lawyer. They launched their small but hardworking team of two at Palmerhouse Properties office in Downtown Decatur on January 1, 2016. Most recently, they were very excited to expand to St. Petersburg, FL, opening the first Palmerhouse Properties office there effective January 1, 2019, while maintaining their Atlanta/Decatur business full time as well (divide and conquer!) In their four years together at Palmerhouse Properties, they have closed more than $65 million in sales volume and 175 transactions all over the Metro Atlanta area, coastal Georgia and now St. Pete!
Very diverse experience — investors, first time home buyers, experienced sellers and buyers, 1031 exchanges, single family homes, condos/townhouses, multifamily, rentals, new construction, commercial. They have seen and done it all! They have also received Top Producer Awards from Palmerhouse Properties for being in the top 5 agents or teams each year of their joint business (2016-2018). They each are Life Pinnacle Award recipients from the DeKalb Association of Realtors. They tied as the #19 realtors by the DeKalb Association of Realtors in 2017. Suzanne was named the Top New Realtor for 2016 by the DeKalb Association of Realtors, as the new agent who closed the most transactions in 2016 (66).
