Sutton Roley, CCIM (CalDRE Lic. #00793235) joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS) in 1993 and was one of its top producers, specializing in R&D/office, data center, manufacturing leasing and investment property sales. Sutton was promoted to President of the firm and served in that role from 2003 to 2007. He went back into brokerage in 2008 and now serves as Senior Director. Sutton is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Data Center Solutions Practice Group.
Sutton brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate knowledge and experience, starting in the business in 1980 with Schneider Commercial Real Estate where he was the company's Associate Vice President from 1980 to 1988 and then General Manager/Partner from 1988 to 1993.
