This is Susie a Detroit Public school graduate, always enjoying Norther Michigan. Being a weekend warrior, as the area natives call her. Purchased a 2nd home in the late 90's, in National City, (Sand Lake Area) Susan permanently relocated to Iosco County in 2005. She has 2 awesome grown sons, and now the proud Grammie of her first grandchild.
Susan took a leap of faith and found her calling by becoming a licensed agent in 2008. Since then, Susan has been a Top Producer the past 5 years.

They pride in their office on the availability of being open 7 days a week, for weekend buyers and sellers taking advantage of that. I always say, I serve the 4 surrounding counties...Losco, Arenac, Ogemaw, and Alcona. The downtown Tawas Bay has so much beauty. Along with the 60 inland lakes in the Hale area, and the 7 inland lakes in the Sand Lake Area, (National City). To the north is VanEttan Lake, Cedar Lake and all the state land for roaming, hunting, fishing, and boating. The AuSable River runs along River rd. and is now a designated Scenic Byway. Ogemaw County has many lakes also, Lake Ogemaw is very desirable. The West Branch district is growing, being close to I-75 corridor, is making this a hot market also.
