The owner, Susi Witkowski was born and raised in Central Arkansas, the daughter of a builder and developer from North Little Rock. She is well acquainted with real estate in Pulaski County. Susi obtained a degree in design and merchandising from Wade's School of Art in Dallas, TX in 1977. There she developed her creative attitude that she uses when dealing with buyers and sellers alike.
