With CBRE Limited since 1997, Susanne Reid implemented National GIS Capabilities and became the National GIS Specialist. Licensed in 2002, Susanne is an Associate Vice President and leads the National Retail Services Team with her partner Tom Balkos.
The National Retail Services Team has dedicated retail specialists in each major market across Canada to provide a fully integrated platform to service the client's needs.
By specializing in developing and executing strategic rollout and expansion strategies and acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) to retailers, Susanne ensures accountability and the highest level of service within the industry.
