Susanne joined ICORR in 2010 and handles all aspects of leasing for the Florida retail and office properties. She started her real estate career in 1999 and has worked with R.E.I.T.s as well as privately-held office and retail development companies in Denver and Sarasota. She holds a Broker’s Real Estate License as well as the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) and Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designations. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In 2018 Susanne was promoted to Vice President of Leasing at ICORR, followed by Vice President of Wolf Asset Management Inc., an ICORR Group Company, in 2022.
