The Susan Wainfor Team is pleased to announce that we are now with Coldwell Banker Realty. Susan Wainfor heads a team with over 30 years of experience. Someone was sitting in the conference room and asked her what her fondest award was and she said that it was small business award that invited them to their conference and recognized them with a special plaque to thank them for the relocation work they did with their employees. It had been long days and getting used to different cultures, but they were appreciative. She graduated with a BS degree from The Ohio State University and holds the distinction of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS) and At Home with Diversity (AHWD Specialist. Susan has been awarded the coveted "Dozen" sales designation honoring the top 5% of all residential agents in the country. Susan is also a member of the CBR twenty five million dollar club and her team consistently closes about $35 million annually. Further, Susan has just been awarded recognition for sales achievement, being ranked in the top ten agents of HER Realtors out of 978 agents within the HER Realtors organization for 15 years straight.<br><br>Susan opened the very first community office in 2006 for HER Realtors. A brainstorming idea with the broker, and now over 30 independent offices throughout Ohio have their own community offices. Susan continues to accomplish sales goals and for the past twelve years has received the Ohio Association of Realtors coveted Pinnacle of Performance Award. Within the HER Realtors Organization Susan was honored in the "Winners Circle Elite", recognizing the top 1% of the HER Realtors Team.
