With over 28 years of experience in South Carolina real estate, Susan Stroman is a well-respected Realtor known for her strong communication and negotiation skills, integrity and caring personality. Whether helping people find a waterfront home, a golf home, a condo or a lot for a new build, Susan has a passion for connecting buyers with their dream home.<br /><br />As both a Realtor and and a Broker, Susan has earned numerous awards and achievements. Some of these include the 1998 Century 21 Masters Club Award, the 2006 Re/Max 100 Per Cent Award and the 2013 Charleston Residential Realtor of Distinction Award. Susan was also named the Top Sales Agent from 2000 through 2005 and was appointed to the Sumter Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence from 2006 through 2012. She also received the Top Producer distinction and the Charleston Residential Realtor of Distinction Award in 2013. As a member of the South Carolina Nature Based Tourism Association, the South Carolina Paddle Industry Association, and Charleston Women in International Trade, Susan offers a unique perspective on all that South Carolina has to offer.<br /><br />During her free time, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown children and five grandchildren.
