Susan Scott joined RE/MAX State Line Commercial Group as Associate Broker – Director in July 2016 to help launch the efforts of expanding into the commercial market. The new RE/MAX Commercial division’s specific services will initially target vacant land and redevelopment sites as well as real estate investments and special use properties throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. While exploring these new opportunities, Susan will continue to specialize in the urban core of Kansas City, Missouri with an emphasis on the midtown area.
Prior to joining RE/MAX, Susan served as Vice President with Greg Patterson & Associates for almost nine years with her focus in midtown Kansas City. Susan was instrumental in building the Greg Patterson & Associates brand while having a hand in the evolution of the urban core of Kansas City.
In 2002 Scott began her commercial real estate career with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate as an industrial & commercial real estate specialist in Eastern Jackson and North Cass Counties.
A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, Scott moved to the Kansas City metropolitan area in 1992. Scott has held positions in commercial real estate and residential/commercial construction for over twenty years with most of those being in sales.
As an accomplished professional services marketer, Susan has a strong work ethic combined with a commitment to excellence in all projects undertaken. She works effectively in achieving her clients’ goals and is dedicated in providing exceptional customer care and support.
