President of McClure Partners and Susan McClure, Inc. (SMI) which is one of the companies under the McClure Partners umbrella. Susan’s expertise is representing tenants and landlords in lease negotiations for product types that include office, industrial, flex and retail space assignments. Management services are provided through SMI which also holds the Historically Under Utilized Business (HUB) designation.
Susan built her expertise as a broker with Cushman & Wakefield and during her 27 years there, she leased over 3 million square feet landlords and negotiated literally millions of square feet in individual leases for her corporate clients. Additionally, Susan has negotiated 3 build-to-suits in the Dallas marketplace: a 100,000 SF distribution facility for Mitsubishi Electric Sales America, Inc. – a 55,000 SF security monitoring center for Westinghouse Security Systems – an 80,000 SF laboratory for Corning Clinical Labs. Susan represented Gale Triangle’s logistics warehouse, locating them into a foreign trade zone which eliminated 90% of their inventory tax (a savings of more than $16 million over a 40 month lease term).
