A born leader Sue Martino has always approached life and its challenges head on! As a child growing up on Manhattan’s Upper East Side she had high hopes, expectations and dreams of becoming successful in business. Well, Dreams do come true… As an entrepreneur she has successfully owned and operated numerous businesses including but not limited to a Restaurant, Lounge Bar, Night Club, a midtown NYC Bed & Breakfast, hotel and is a landlord of a multi dwelling apartment building.
Today, Sue Martino is the visionary behind CND Properties, LLC, one of SE Florida’s fastest growing residential / commercial real estate brokerage firms located in Ft Lauderdale. She has been involved in the ever growing market of real estate since 1987, and has enjoyed every side of the business, as a buyer, seller, broker of a successful Real Estate Company in NYC – Dream NY Realty, and now Broker of her own real estate agency in SE Florida.
A true self starter and positive role model she lends herself to civic organizations, local community boards and countless charities in their efforts to make this world a better place. An honest and sincere person she also believes in the general rule of, “if you can conceive it you can achieve it” & “the Sky is the Limit”.
Utilizing her degrees in Business and Psychology from Hunter College in New York City she plans to realize her dreams and assist in the dreams of those she is fortunate to serve.
The key to Sue’s success is her ability to multi task and work simultaneously with the unique home buyer or seller, while working with the Developer on a multi million dollar deal, or overseeing her Property Management Division – all being treated as her ONLY client.
Sue has the willingness to effectively communicate with her clientele on market conditions, neighborhood nuances and pricing trends. Always on top of the facts and figures Sue has a complete understanding of what people are actually searching for.
She believes in always going that extra mile to make certain her customers find that special home that they have been dreaming of or not missing the opportunity to sell when the time is right or to purchase the “Beach Front” track of land for a development project. Each client is unique with unique needs.
