Even though she did not grow up in Gwinnett County, Susan feels like she is home. She has lived here since 1994 and every single member of her family lives in Gwinnett County. Susan was an Army brat, growing up all over the world. She has worked full time in the real estate industry in Gwinnett County since she joined RE/MAX Center in 1996.
She feels like she grew up in this business because she began her career at 23 years old. She has consistently seen an increase in her business every year, even when the recession hit. Education, growth, and referrals have been the three major pillars of her success, having earned many designations and taken many courses over the years.
Susan is ranked in the top 1 percent of agents in the United States and is currently ranked number one individual agent in the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors, number eight RE/MAX Associate in Georgia, and number 18 in the United States in Asian Real Estate Association of America.
Susan attributes this success to her clients, friends, and family. Her business was built on the philosophy that "if we do a good job for our clients, they will be willing to refer their friends and family to us."
