Summit's responsibilities include sourcing and closing multi-family investments for LaSalle Investment Management advised funds, with risk levels ranging from core to opportunistic.
Prior to joining LaSalle, he was involved in closing equity and mezzanine transactions valued at over $2 billion. From 2004 to 2006, he was a multi-family asset manager that oversaw strategy, operations, and management of over 3,000 units in California, Washington and Oregon.
Summit is also member of Urban Land Institute, the NAIOP Inland Empire Chapter, and the Texas Exes alumni organization.
