Sue Soule joined Sunstates Development Company in 1985. Sunstates was a REIT developing primarily Food Lion Anchored Strip Centers and Multi Family Apartment Complexes. Sue worked as a Commercial Property Manager and Leasing Agent. In 1995 Sunstates was taken over in a forced hostile takeover shortly after going public. After almost eleven years with Sunstates, Sue decided to open her own commercial real estate company, Capital City Commercial, Inc. Even though her company was doing very well, she determined she would have a broader exposure to the market with an established commercial real estate company. That began a very successful union with Coldwell Banker Commercial Advantage in 2000. As a commercial broker with Coldwell Banker she sold shopping centers, outparcels, land, and did leasing and tenant representation. She represented both Smithfield Chicken and BBQ and Murphy Oil and others not so well known. The Coldwell Banker partners split up and business changed and shortly thereafter Sue left and once again went back to Capital City Commercial. The business was doing well but again she decided she would have more time in sales working with another company. Sue has been affiliated with Century 21 Commercial Triangle Group since 2012. She currently has a host of developers she locates sites for both shopping center developers and multi family developers. She is currently a member of ICSC and TCAR.
