Ms. Johnson joined the Cushman & Wakefield team in 2001 as a client services coordinator and became a member of the brokerage team in 2004. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Sue Ann brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Sue Ann began her commercial real estate career in 1989 at Leggat McCall in Boston where she held a variety of positions in her nine years with the firm. As their Senior Sales Administrator, she was responsible for the coordination of the Boston office’s involvement in the record-breaking FDIC national auctions in 1991 and 1992. These were the largest auctions ever held and the first to utilize satellite technology to link bidding sites. During the 1992 FDIC auction, the Boston auction site made real estate history with 76 sales totaling more than $175,000,000. As a member of Grubb & Ellis’ Corporate Services Group, Sue Ann devoted her time exclusively to working with clients such as Xerox Corporation and Osram Sylvania. Managing Osram Sylvania’s real estate portfolio in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, Sue Ann was involved in the coordination of more than 24 lease renewals/relocations nationwide in 1996 alone. For the year prior to her departure, Sue Ann was the Director of Marketing for Grubb & Ellis’ Boston, Newton and Portland, Maine offices.
