Stuart Tackett, CIPS is a Commercial Realtor with Keller Williams Commercial in Naples, Florida. His focus is Domestic/International Investment Sales and Business Brokerage.
His passion for the business stems from a strong family history in Commercial Real Estate Development. Stuart’s father, a Commercial Developer and Investor, was instrumental in establishing his interest in the industry and often mentored him with the respect to the intricacies relating to investment properties. In 2005, Stuart relocated to Naples from his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee to pursue Commercial Real Estate. He began his commercial real estate career as a property manager managing the Florida portfolio of a large, publicly traded REIT.
Throughout his career, Stuart has successfully represented a wide range of clients, from individual Clients to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS). In addition to Commercial Real Estate, Stuart works as a Business Broker. His Business Broker duties include marketing established business sales, purchasing established businesses, including clientele, goodwill, trade fixtures and any real estate attached to the sale.
