Stuart founded Realest in 2013 after heading up the Southampton offices of BNP Paribas Real Estate, Atisreal and Chesterton. He has provided clients with a combination of Occupier Services and Transactional services over the last 30 years.
An unusual balance of property and operational management experience enables him to understand his clients business and also recognise the role property can play in increasing turnover, profitability and improving efficiency.
He has detailed knowledge of the public sector, including higher education and healthcare.
Stuart has worked closely with key clients such as Micheldever Tyre Services, Halfords, Kwik Fit, University of Southampton, Solent University, Chichester University, Ordnance Survey, Test Valley Borough Council and Hampshire Hospitals NHSFT. He also advised on the commercial deal structure for Meggitt plc’s new 480,000 ft2 worldwide HQ and Manufacturing Centre of Excellence.
Stuart is a rugby fan and qualified coach. He is also a keen golfer.
