Bio
As Vice President – Transaction Sciences, Stuart is responsible for consulting with local, national, and international occupier and investor clients providing complex real estate solutions that drive real business value. Stuart plays a key role in the team’s business development initiatives, culture analysis, and transaction strategy and management. Stuart began his career with Transwestern in 2015 as an Associate where he quickly proved his value on the team and was promoted to senior associate. As a senior associate, Stuart continued to develop his skills, enhance business development efforts, and drive results through real estate transactions for his clients. He became recognized as a top team player and named Vice President in 2018. During his tenure, Stuart has consulted on over $450 million in gross value of sale and lease transactions across the country. In 2017, Stuart was awarded the Networker of the Year for his ability to bring in business as well as connecting clients to new strategic partners. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2014, Stuart worked as a Portfolio Curator with Oasis Collections in Miami, Florida. In this role, he was responsible for sourcing luxury real estate properties in New York and Miami. Stuart serves on the Board of Directors for FACT Relief supporting families who suddenly have to battle a debilitating and/or terminal disease as well as other catastrophic life events that may impact the ability of the head of the household to provide for the family. He is also an active member and supporter of Covenant House of Georgia, Quiet Hero Party, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, The ALS Association of Georgia, Tanner Foundation, and HAVE Foundation. Stuart enjoys being active outside, playing sports, and rooting for UGA football. Stuart holds a bachelor's degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia.
