Still Hunter III, is a Managing Director based in Walker & Dunlop’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida office. Mr. Hunter joined the team in August 2020 and is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily property sales throughout South Florida. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hunter served as an Executive Vice President within CBRE’s Capital Markets group and co-led the firm’s South Florida Multi Housing Investment Sales team. Throughout his 20+ year career in multifamily investment sales, Mr. Hunter has closed nearly 85,000 units and $10 billion of transaction volume.
Mr. Hunter has been regularly featured as a market leader in different publications, recognized as one of the South Florida Business Journal’s “Top Dealmakers” and “40 under 40 Professionals” of the year, a CoStar “Power Broker”, and one of the Real Estate Forum’s “Top 35 under 35 Real Estate Professionals” in the nation. Mr. Hunter frequently speaks at industry events and has been a guest lecturer for the University of Miami’s master’s in real estate program. Mr. Hunter graduated from Rhodes College, where he received a dual major with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Spanish. In his spare time, Mr. Hunter enjoys boating, fishing, diving, spearfishing, car racing and other sporting events, as well as travelling and spending time with friends and family.

He is a CoStar Power Broker, one the South Florida Business Journal’s “Top Dealmakers” of the year, he was one of the top 40 under 40 professionals in South Florida and was one of Real Estate Forum’s top 35 under 35 real estate professionals in the nation. Still appears frequently as a speaker at industry events and has been a guest lecturer for the University of Miami’s Masters in Real Estate program. Still is a graduate of Rhodes College where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Spanish, in which he is fluent. In his spare time he enjoys boating, fishing, diving, spearfishing, car racing and other sporting events, as well as travelling and spending time with friends and family.
