Stewart has been with the Ventron organization since 2006. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Stewart has been active in the real estate business in the United States for over 19 years. Crediting over $500 million in acquisitions during his career, $132 million are exclusive to multi-family properties for Ventron. His market knowledge encompasses the South East, Texas and Ohio.
Finding profitable transactions to present to the Ventron investor pool is the greatest challenge Stewart faces. Each opportunity must be priced accordingly to meet Ventron’s expectations for investment opportunity whether it is short or long term.
