Steven Taylor is a Senior Transaction Manager within Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Services division and actively oversees transactions for several clients, including Ameris Bank, Guardian Pharmacy, Hilti, Intrado, and Truist Bank. In this capacity, Mr. Taylor participates in all facets of the real estate process from strategy development to transaction execution in an effort to maximize financial benefits for his clients. His responsibilities include negotiating various types of real estate transactions, reviewing lease documents, conducting market research, project scheduling, and handling most real estate related duties on behalf of his clients. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield’s merger with DTZ, previously Cassidy Turley, and joining the Corporate Services division, Mr. Taylor worked as a Transitions and Quality Control Coordinator for four years with Cassidy Turley’s Transitions and Quality Control department. While in this position, Mr. Taylor was responsible for reviewing and abstracting leases for new property management assignments for Cassidy Turley’s 420 million-square-foot portfolio, as well as coordinating efforts between several departments to establish property management assignments under Cassidy Turley standards and reviewing and completing Operating Expense reconciliations. Mr. Taylor joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 and has 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, consisting of transactions, property management, marketing and research. Mr. Taylor has transacted over 4 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space across more than 40 states and five countries amounting in a total transaction value of more than $500 million.
